• Answer the phone in less than four (4) rings. First off, when you call us between 7AM and 5PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, you will NOT get a voicemail system. You will talk to a real person, and we answer the phone in less than 4 rings.

• Book your shipment promptly. We will book your shipment as quickly as possible - just one call is all it takes. If we can match your shipment requirements with our transportatoin resources, it will be scheduled immediately.

• Answer the customer's question - immediately. Customers do not call us unless they need an answer to some question. When you call us, we will answer your question when you call - not on a "call back" from us. You need an answer, we find the answer for you right away.
